Exclusions, Terms & Conditions
- 50% of total package is required to book package and that 50% is non refundable in any condition. We have given some flexibilities in this rigid process such as facilities of reshuffling itinerary, prepone & postpone , but that facilitates available only until 15 days prior to tour begins.
- It is requested to all the aspiring clients of us to make 100% Package cost payment till completion of first night stay , in case delaying in payment sometimes affected the services too and in that scenario we aren't held responsible.
- We offer modes of payment are NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and phone pe in our company official's HDFC current account
- Mineral water, ( Tour , Health , accidental & life insurance), Meals besides offered in inclusions , Extra Tea & coffee unless offers in Breakfast menu , Video & normal camera fees, (Entry fees of Monuments , Wildlife safari, adventurous sports , ferries , cruises , airplanes , Trains are not included in our Package unless mentioned in Inclusions. Anything that is not included in Inclusions , If you need Goods and services tax bill then you must have to pay 5% Gst extra besides actual basic package cost
- We serve from bottom of our heart there provide you Registration certificate of Vehicle , Driver name , Phone no, ID, Hotel- Name , category, address , website , reviews . After these relentless toil with sincerity efforts any mishap happening like accidents , food poisoning , extreme raining , power cuts for some periods, delay in hotel services then we aren't liable to pay single indemnity.
- We are doing business on Pan India & south Asian countries basis so it is not practically possible to visit every single hotel. So we are taking Google reviews as a reference point and considering sum up all night stay average of 4 🌟 ratings. Although it wouldn't offer that level of services and you were ok with hotels & vehicles at the moment of booking then it wouldn't changes at any circumstances.
- We are doing business with the sole motives of earning bread & butter and making satisfy all our aassociates like Tourists , Hoteliers, transporters, Drivers , vendors etc.
- We provided all Details of Hotels and transport on the eve of tour begins . Maximum average of half call each day will entertain but solving your queries over email or WhatsApps .
- Breakfast timing : 8-10 am , Lunch timing : 1-3 PM, Dinner timing 8-10.30 PM . It is hearty requests to go to restaurants to feed yourself as per meal plan. Driver will solve problems of vehicle if occur and front office hotel will solve any problems of hotel if genuinely occurs. So we will happy if you call an average of half call each day while available between 9 am - 6 pm over whatsapp and email .
- All the disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement would be subject to Delhi Courts only.
